Alexa has taken her 15 years of strategy and management consulting experience and helped build myPractice from the ground up.  From the consultative approach we take with clients to the operating model to the analytic rigor and insights that we apply to delivering tangible results, Alexa's unrelenting client focus and eye for quality and innovation has helped mold the vision of myPractice.  What's at the core of Alexa's passion for our business is a desire to make a difference - by acting as a beacon for management, a advocate for customers and a custodian for employees.

Alexa lives her passion outside of the business through her involvement with various volunteer Boards, including the Pierre L. Morrissette Institute for Entrepreneurship, the Ivey Alumni Association at the Richard Ivey School of Business.  A Montreal native, Ms. Nick graduated from McGill with a B.A. in Economics and went on to complete an MBA with distinction at The Richard Ivey School of Business.

Carol Lempert

Carol_Lempert_140r2Carol is a Learning Designer, Executive Coach and Communication Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the field of Training and Development. She has trained and coached individuals across all levels in many industries - from internal service providers to mid-level managers to CEO’s.  Carol has a deep belief in the power of deliberate practice, which uniquely combines her many talents - from designer to trainer to facilitator to actor to coach.

Carol has her MFA from York University. She is committed to lifelong learning and is certified as a Life Skills Coach, in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and at The Ariel Group.  Carol continues to perform in theatre. She conceived, wrote and performed a one-woman show, "That Dorothy Parker" which played at the SoHo Playhouse in New York City and currently tours around the US.

Sheena Nugent

Sheena is a Senior Project Manager with over 12 years experience in the field of Training and Development. In her role at myPractice, Sheena is responsible for managing project plans and delivering project requirements on time and on budget for many of our Fortune 500 clients. Her years of experience working with project stakeholders within the Financial, Pharmaceutical and Insurance industries, in both the US and Canada, has cultivated lasting, strategic partnerships. In addition, Sheena has a thorough knowledge of the Project Management fundamentals and brings to each project an understanding of what’s required for the time, cost, scope and quality requirements.

Sheena’s ongoing passion for Training and Development, particularly in the area of “deliberate practice”, drives her commitment to collaborating with clients and guiding projects to a meaningful and effective outcome.
